Bao Bao

Bao Bao is a QSR built around the Asian street-food bao, reworked with Indian and global flavours. What began in South India has grown to over 36 outlets across India and internationally. The brand carried a playful, high-energy spirit that needed clearer expression.

The work began with naming and strategy, shaping a strong foundation for scale. The identity, tone, and visual system were developed to feel consistent across locations. Packaging, signage, menus, and brand assets were built as one integrated framework. The result is a brand that feels cohesive, recognisable, and ready for continued growth.
